Tips 1: The larger Radius, the cheaper cost. Please try to avoid right or sharp angles.
Tips 2: Try to make the length: depth into 4:1; the deeper holes, the higher cost.
Tips3: The more strictly tolerance, the higher cost, for example, g7, H1. It gives much cost. Usually ISO 2768-F works fine.
Tips 4: Try to make the surface as raw as possible, avoid surface finishes, such as painting, polishing, powder coating, plating etc.
Tips 5: Choose softer material. The harder material, the higher cost. Aluminum is cheaper than steel parts.
Tips 6: The more quantity, the less unit cost. Try to make the quantity at least 5-10 pieces for each item.
